Also!! We got a new nephew on the 21st of November. Little LSW! He is so precious and we can't wait to meet him this Christmas!

Thanksgiving

We were with my family this year for Thanksgiving and we had a blast! My parents have a timeshare up in the Park City Marriott Mountainside Resort. It is such a nice place to stay and we had a fun time all together. We did all sorts of fun and relaxing things.

We started the trip with a date to Pizza Pie Cafe for the S'mores Pizza! If you know me, you know I LOVE me S'mores anything!!

Here is the beautiful Hotel we were staying at! It honestly is one step away from the ski resort. It was fun to watch all the skiers and snowboarders on the slopes from the warmth of the fire in our room!

We participated in "Cupcake Wars" and got 2nd place (only missing 1st by one point!) with our Blueberry Cobbler Cupcakes. J gave us the idea and my mom, my sister, and I executed it!

We went and saw "Frozen with T, B, and B's aide C. We really liked it. I probably liked it more than J, but he said we could buy it when it comes out on DVD so that is a good sign!

On Thanksgiving we spent the afternoon on the "Flying Eagle" (which is a small zip line) and the "Alpine Coaster" (an old school metal coaster that goes from the top of a small mountain back to the bottom!) which were right outside our hotel. I was nervous for the zip line cause I hadn't done it before but J was there with me! Neither of us really like heights, but we did it together!

We had such a great time. The food was delicious and we learned a new card game. We spent lots of time in the hot tubs and the pool playing chicken wars with J2, H, and T. We really had a good time. This made us excited for our trip to Vegas to be with J's family for Christmas! Yay!

Chuck E. Cheese

A few days ago my little brother turned 18 years old! I can't even believe it! B wanted to have his birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. We all got together and had a fantastic time! Who knew that a bunch of adults could have such a good time at a kids place? But we did! Our hostess did such a great job at making B feel celebrated and just like everyone else. B was the birthday kid that participated the most! It was great! We love spending time with B and our family!

They did such a great job at throwing B a fabulous birthday party and making him feel special. We all had a great time! And now my little bro is 18 years old! CRAZY!

Our "Stay"cation

My parents went out of town for two weeks and J and I were left in charge of the little bro as well as the house. It was really fun, but really difficult at times too. We had to be "parents" in a sense to my little brother. J stepped up and was such a big help. I really appreciated it. We did lots of fun stuff and I tried to take some pictures so I will share our two week vacation with you!

SLCC Volleyball

Our sister-in-law, H, plays for the SLCC volleyball team. We have been going to her games and have really enjoyed it. She has been playing really well and we have had a lot of fun being with family. Last week was "Sophomore Night" (which is the equivalent to "Senior Night" at a University). We were able to attend that game and cheer H on. She took stats the first 2 games.. LAME!! (they lost the first and won the second). By the middle of the third game - when they were losing - the coach put in H. She scored right away and started playing incredibly. Everything changed! They still lost the 3rd game, but H got them close to a tie. The 4th game they won and then took it in the 5th!! The best part of it all H was named MVP!!! It was magical! She was so happy!
